We arrived promptly at 7:30AM for my dad’s hearing test and follow up. The office was late in opening. When we arrived, we called twice, and there was no answer, or call back, nor was anyone opening the door. We went downstairs, where we were directed to wait in the main office lobby. The building receptionist said to wait until 8AM, which is allegedly opening time of this office.
