Overall service was pleasant and awesome! The doctor and nurses were very attentive and detailed; however, I wouldn’t give it a five stars due to the wait time- 1.5 hrs was not so cool.
It would of been a 5 except for the receptionist on the first floor. Major control issues. Asked me to verify my address, I started , she stopped me, asked me for my license to see my address and then said to verify it out loud.I could barely understand what she was saying. She asked the questions so fast. Regardless, she gave a bad impression and I was leery to go upstairs after. People with control issues shouldn't be greeting people up front. They cancelled my appointment without notice ,gave me appointment which is 2hours later than my original appointment.I have to seat here to Wait .
Came here for my prenatal care with my fighter 4 years ago and it was fine. Now I’m 25 weeks and I had enough. Communication horrible , not very friendly, barely answering my questions and concerns, seems like everybody in a rush. Nobody wants to work anymore or have a heart.
You should update the Jefferson website to reflect who is and is not taking new patients. I have already gone through two doctors that both claim they are taking new patients on the Jefferson website. Only to call to schedule an appointment and be told I cannot schedule with them. What a joke.
