My care team at Jefferson OBGYN is phenomenal! I wouldn’t travel 2.5 hours if I wasn’t receiving the best possible care. They all work to address my concerns and help me live a comfortable and pain free life. I see 2 doctors primarily but when I need a last minute visit they manage to get me in with another provider. 10/10 always !
Always a long wait, even when I arrive early. I’ve had three appointments here so far, and each one has been an unpleasant experience. Despite showing up early, I’ve had to wait well past my scheduled time for my ultrasound every visit. The first time, the doctor let me leave without drawing blood and didn’t explain my results at all. Always the same all the years I've been going there
I’ve never felt so dismissed and unheard in a medical setting. Dr. Lacritz came into my emergency appointment—scheduled at the request of Penn Hospital—with her mind already made up that my concerns weren’t valid. She offered only one solution: going on contraceptives, which do not agree with my body. Dr. Angela Frankel is the best doctor I have ever met in my life. I’ve seen many doctors over the years, and some of those experiences were rough — rushed appointments, painful exams, and feeling dismissed. Because of that, I came in feeling anxious and guarded.
