The doctors and a nurse practitioner at Jefferson OB-GYN have always been thorough and kind during my visits.

I was referred there for my current doctor where I live, which is two hours away. I drove there thinking I was gonna get better service as my doctor instructed me I was and literally she ran three test on me, which were the same exact test my doctor already ran on me four days prior, which I told her and she told me that there was nothing that she can do about it. She did everything that she can do in reference to my situation. Said sorry and sent me home. While I begged her to check for other things and run further test.
As soon as you walk in you are greeted with nothing but a sigh and a "last name?" - "can you use a kisok". The desk women I experienced no no place in a front facing position. Beyond that, my appointment type was made in error after requesting an annual and sharing I was having peri- menopausal symptoms. I was booked for only a menopause appt. which turned out to be nothing more than a chat with a doctor, than would have cost me out of pocket moneys. I am writng this review in the hopes that it can reach other women who are considering coming here for their healthcare. I would absolutely NOT recoomend this facility in any capacity after an awful experience I had there yesterday. I went in for a colposcopy which I was already nervous for and wanted to make sure I understood the procedure in its' entirety before it was done.
