Terrible experience. Front desk asks you about sensitive procedures in public. Doctors did not have their arms around the treatment and never seemed to care to try. Made a tough situation worse and we had no choice but to use them since they are in network.
I had the most fantastic experience with this Jefferson staff yesterday. Every single person that I came in contact with from my initial phone call, to my in person visit- they were all phenomenal and caring. I had an issue with my referral going through and the woman in check in administration went out of her way to handle it for me. My care team at Jefferson OBGYN is phenomenal! I wouldn’t travel 2.5 hours if I wasn’t receiving the best possible care. They all work to address my concerns and help me live a comfortable and pain free life. I see 2 doctors primarily but when I need a last minute visit they manage to get me in with another provider. 10/10 always !
Always a long wait, even when I arrive early. I’ve had three appointments here so far, and each one has been an unpleasant experience. Despite showing up early, I’ve had to wait well past my scheduled time for my ultrasound every visit. The first time, the doctor let me leave without drawing blood and didn’t explain my results at all. The second time, I was asked to do bloodwork again—even though I had just done it with my OB at the Navy Yard office.
