Drove 45 minutes for a new patient appointment just to be told my appointment was canceled with no reason given and having received no notices via email, text, or phone call. As I was walking out of the building I overheard at least one other pt in the hallway talking about a similar thing happening to them as they were talking on the phone. The man at reception was really nice though- so at least they have that going for them.
