My gel manicure peeled after just 1 week. Tina did my nail art and I don't recommend it. If you have a design you want, try another salon. The man (I believe his name was Tom) did everything else and it felt rushed and was too agressive. Tom grabbed this bag of tools that look like they haven't been cleaned (It was in a bag that's supposed to be a one time seal. I stumbled upon this salon when I went shopping in Newport News. What a great find! Absolutely the cleanest mail salon I’ve ever been in. Equipment is a little older and well used however the place was spotless. No dust or clipped pieces of nail tips all over the place. Cleaned with disinfectant and very organized. The service was wonderful, we were greeted immediately and seated quickly. My nails and brows have never looked better. I will be back. I highly recommend this salon.
I went in to get my acrylic nails removed and the white or time the woman lectured me on how short my nails are and kept getting in my face about it , I didn’t want to say anything but she was very rude not only that taking my acrylic off she was very rough with it and it hurt really bad she cut me a couple times and said nothing I don’t think I’ll be going back
