Really Big Apartments These are really nice apartments. You get a lot of space for your dollar. Located off of Roswell road, they are in a good location. Maintenance crew is quick to respond to work orders.A good friend of mine just renewed her lease for another year.
why i would not recommend this apartment? It was a disappointing experience that I had while I was there. It took the maintance people a long time to get things fixed. I have to wait for them to fix my toliet like five or more times. It was a lot of problems. The people in the office were okay but I would not recommend for people with kids to stay there because it is too small.
Sick of this place I have lived at Jefferson Lakeside for 5 months and have had 11 maintenance calls. 4 of them were due to water leaking. My bedroom furniture is ruined and all they keep saying is we will take care of it. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. There are breakins and vandalism daily, I am a single parent and I do not feel it is safe for my children to play outside or for me to walk alone in the community. The ammenities that are showcased are a joke, the fitness center is useless. The machines hav... read more
Don't Move Here - Frustrated I've lived at Jefferson Lakeside for a year now and I will not be renewing my lease. There are so many reasons. When I was touring the property everything looked beautiful and nice and quiet and the few items in my apartment that needed to be fixed were put on a maintenance request and I was assured that all would be taken care of within a couple of days.
