BELL MGMT has a VERY BAD RING! STEER CLEAR! CAVEAT EMPTOR! I have been a resident for nearly 5 years. One of the best in Irving These are undoubtedly one of the best apartments in Irving. Built in 1999, these new apartments have a very good floor plan. The gounds are well maintained and the office staff is very helpful. The big negative that I can think of is the lack of enough parking spots in teh community. Almost all the spots that are close to most of the buildings are either covered or garages. And almost all of them are already taken. We need to walk about 5-7 minutes everyday from the place we park to our apartment

Steven D Bell company ruined property management After living at Villa Miranda for almost four years now, I've seen a few real estate management companyies come in and out of the property. Recently, when I was trying to renew my lease, the Steven D Bell company had taken over the reigns. Really Big Apartments These are really nice apartments. You get a lot of space for your dollar. Located off of Roswell road, they are in a good location. Maintenance crew is quick to respond to work orders.A good friend of mine just renewed her lease for another year.
why i would not recommend this apartment? It was a disappointing experience that I had while I was there. It took the maintance people a long time to get things fixed. I have to wait for them to fix my toliet like five or more times. It was a lot of problems. The people in the office were okay but I would not recommend for people with kids to stay there because it is too small.
Sick of this place I have lived at Jefferson Lakeside for 5 months and have had 11 maintenance calls. 4 of them were due to water leaking. My bedroom furniture is ruined and all they keep saying is we will take care of it. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. There are breakins and vandalism daily, I am a single parent and I do not feel it is safe for my children to play outside or for me to walk alone in the community. Don't Move Here - Frustrated I've lived at Jefferson Lakeside for a year now and I will not be renewing my lease. There are so many reasons. When I was touring the property everything looked beautiful and nice and quiet and the few items in my apartment that needed to be fixed were put on a maintenance request and I was assured that all would be taken care of within a couple of days. Ver nice Residential Housing When looking for a new apartment to rent, we were not very pleased with several of the complexes in our area and chose to go a bit out of the way to look at some additional housing options. Although we ended up renting a house and not an apartment, one of the nice housing complexes we looked at was Abbie Lakes apartments.
