terrible will take your deposit before accepting your application. they insist you will qualify, then deny you any keep your deposit.
They don’t answer the phone I’ve called this complex so many times. No answer, finally decided to go over there. Files stacked to the top of the ceilings. Lady tells me she has an available apartment but could not view it at the time. Gives me a packet. Takes my info I call back 5 days laters m. She denies ever talking to me.. I guess it’s hard to remember when the files are stacked to the ceiling. The outside grounds were clean if that’s helps any
Great Been here for almost ten years and love it no place I rather be right now while I'm raising my young son
Jefferson Lake I think it too many apartment so they can use to get more people to keep them up I haven't had any problem after a year nothing big but the little things they took a long time to get back to me
fix my place Maitance don't come and the rent continue to go up. No oven for a year, no dishwasher for 2 years. No hot water after 5 minutes. The good thing is the size and location.
