It is clean and friendly! And offers plenty to do for seniors 55 and older! It’s a nice location located in Black Water Creek with wildlife like deer, squirrels, hawks, and other wildlife; and the bus stop is right out front and on top of the hill on alternating hours!
I've been living here for many years. Since 2020 it has greatly improved and the office staff are wonderful. Very helpful and always willing to assist where ever they can.
This place is really improved since I've been here. The maintenance people are good and the staff is friendly.
New and remodel building great air conditioning and heat new floors and lighting new community room and very safe to live and Ashley is the best she will work with you if you have any issues 😀 Rent are affordable. Parking , small gym and laundry services and a computer if you need to use and a big tv. Watch for free. Walking distance to cvs and other stores....Thanks
