I’m happy with the doctors that I see however, the office in general leaves a lot to be desired. Every month it’s an issue with my much needed pain medication. Between them letting the process fall through the cracks and my demanding insurance company, I’m ready to shoot myself!
The medical staff provided excellent assistance during my visit. However, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by the front desk representative at 11 am today. The doctors were incredibly helpful and attentive, but the behavior of the front desk staff did not meet my expectations. I appreciate the care and support from the medical team, but the unprofessionalism at the front desk was a letdown during my visit.

Dr Thompson is truly the best doctor I’ve seen. She made me feel cared for, heard, and believed. For a chronic pain patient, the struggle of feeling dismissed by your care team is too prevalent, and Dr. Thompson didn’t make me feel this way at all. She was prompt, thorough, and had excellent bedside manner. She made helpful recommendations and referrals and seems to actually care about me getting some relief. Great friendly staff and very attentive nurses and doctors. I love Jefferson, my daughter was born there and is a patient there since she was born over 13 years ago. Jefferson has always been great In every department.
