A hidden gem definitely plan to move into another unit within the community!
I pay rent here each month and expect to be able to enjoy the amenities offered that are included in my lease. The pools have been closed and are green and slimy. It's summertime. Do better !
The art is definitely one of the best hidden gems to live looking for apartments. The office staff is super friendly and very helpful. The amenities here are amazing there a pool , gym , theater , and a tennis court for the residents. The art is also pet friendly for all my pet lover out there. If you looking for someone to live apply to the art Ms Hailey will gladly assist you a say Brandon referred you.
Lived here for a year, was not pleased at ALL. However the staff is very nice. If you are looking to save money , please go else where. We had mold issues , the washer / dryers cost money and don’t even work 98% of the time. Our dish washer would constantly flood and cause molding issues. Windows & bathrooms had mold (we are clean. Had to be a moisture issue) was overall a disaster. Also had homeless people digging through the dumpsters. UPDATE : in response to the message back, the apartments also lie based on bad reviews.
Not only did Daniel keep us laughing, he was helpful, accommodating, and made the process extremely smooth with my move into my new apartment!
