should be 0, the worst the RN's work hard and the aids sit at the desk and watch TV or play on their phones, even housekeeping girl had the phone/TV open on her cleaning cart, bed was not changed for 5 days my husband laid in filth and dirty gown , when i case pt advocate about the bed making she said you have to ask for the bed to be changed, my husband was on lasix ix and daily was , i brought my own scale from home because his was were important i guess not to them they wished him 4 times out of 19 day he was in CHF and o... read more

My husband was a patient in  Jefferson Bucks, it was a horrible experience. He went in with the G.I. bleed wound up with pneumonia, PE, and renal issues. I had to tell them to get a renal consult a pulmonology consult and cardiac consult. He was on Lasix IV. They never did daily weights on him or output so now he came home he still can hardly breathe and he’s blown up like a balloon there were wonderful most of them. My husband is in ICU. He is considered step down but they don’t have a regular room for him so they are keeping him in ICU. The nurses were heard to say “he is not ours so we are hands off “. Boy was that right! No one will help him, they are very ignorant to him. He has not had bed sheets changed for 3 days! The only reason his gown was changed because his IV ripped out and blood was everywhere! I wanted him to go to St. Mary’s but was told by EMT that he was too sick to go there at the time . A slip on my kitchen floor jarred my back which caused me excruciating pain in my lower right flank area. I called my doctor at Tillman Family Medicine, also a Jefferson Health organization and they never called me back after three days. Deciding to try and help myself I paid for a massage which was great, but didn't help my back pain.
