This company has the most efficient and helpful people I have ever met. They were quick and clean and fast, cleaned my plugged duct in no time and even took pictures to assure me the vent was clean. I will call this company again.
Two technicians came and serviced our system. They were professional and courteous. We recently bought a house and wanted to get it prepared as we also have a baby on the way. Jefferson Duct Cleaning did a thorough cleaning job and also offered to come back to assist if we ran into any problems. Highly recommended.
Great job...called and came out the following day. They were very helpful and nice. They walked us through the whole process. I am for sure calling them back next year for my following service.
When Ronny and John came for the cleaning, they were very professional and they explained everything in detail as to what they would be doing. They are competitively priced and do their best to get the work done as soon as possible. I appreciate that I had a few last-minute changes and they were completely accommodating. They go above & beyond!
The technician called me as he was coming and showed up within the expected time. He was skilled , experienced and thorough.. My air ducts are now clean and safe.I would definitely recommend them.
