I have had both a bone density test and blood work done here and the staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. The location is super convenient for me.

This place urgently needs to train their staff on how to handle patients and third parties requesting materials. Being told by CAROL from your office that she "just doesn't care" how urgently films are requested for someone who is ill, regardless of being sent months ago, is absolutely disgusting.
