This place urgently needs to train their staff on how to handle patients and third parties requesting materials. Being told by CAROL from your office that she "just doesn't care" how urgently films are requested for someone who is ill, regardless of being sent months ago, is absolutely disgusting.

Came in for blood work thinking it would be quick and easy. It was absolutely anything but. We arrived right when they opened, were instructed by someone in a different department to ring a bell and sit and wait for assistance. By "assistance", they mean someone periodically pokes their head out of the door and asks "ok, who's next?" In what world is this an acceptable system?? The patients are expected to keep track of the order everyone arrives in so they can self-proclaim that they're next. It was pure chaos and extremely... read more
