Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? No, I couldn't even find it with my GPS Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was unprofessionally disrespectful, slothenly and of course defensively unhelpful and reticent about certain paperwork procedures--typically indicative of white color criminal financial practices. Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

This is the worst place I have ever taken my daughter to in my life. Her care was awful and she had to be seen in an emergency room 3 times before the dentist even saw her again. The doctors at the emergency room wondered why they had to keep giving her medicine because her mouth was awful. We explained that the dentist was doing nothing. When she was finally able to be seen he saw her for all of five minutes and recommended for her to go somewhere else, which we did..thank God.
