I had a tooth ache for more than a week. Hard to get appointment. Needed a root canal but their dentist don’t like to use gas to relax. She said just a little I had to keep insisting for more I have high anxiety and was in pain. I explained in previous root canals it took time for my mouth to get completely numb. She administered shots and jelly for numbing but I felt drilling so painful that I was coming off the chair she told me to breath because she gave me maximum amount of shots. Wonderful dentist . I had another dentist try to remove my wisdom that’s been giving me the blues and they caused much pain that i had to walk out. I immediately called Jefferson dental and they got me right in and the tooth extracted within 30 min -45 min . I did not feel a thing doctor was very polite and understanding . I will be returning for some more work I need to have done as well . Thanks so much you guys
I really do not recommend this place for anything I needed an endodontics and I waited 3:30 minutes and the doctor did not answer me why I preferred to see other people that my very bad service doctor from the I waited 3 hours for them to attend to me and they did not take care of me apart from that I already paid $ 675 for my process I was annoyed and I would never go back to a clinic of Jefferson dental clinics

My appointment was at 11:30 didn't get done until 3 just hade 2 extractions done. They shot me with the pain meds but they had worn off before they got back to me. Had to re shoot me with more stuff to deaden the area. The nurses where nice for the most part but seemed like a lot of playing going on around there. Definitely took way too long.
I was so scared to go to dentist since it had been so long. They were very kind and made me feel very comfortable the novacaine hurt pretty bad but thats normal got to go back in two weeks for another procedure but great people really there for you
