RecommendedI love the approach an honesty with patients. But don t try to sell so much cosmetic approach to these folks who have a limited income
This place is an absolute joke they charge you for stuff and they don't even use said stuff they switch their policies when new members come in to.work for the office and they are ridiculously rude without any concern what so ever.... i will post this everywhere and make sure nobody uses this office!!! My daughter got braces and the wires won't stay in ever!! She has had constant issues with them since day one when we had to turn around and go back
even amongst all the Controlled Chaos with the pandemic virus fortunately I was still seen on Urgent Care basis and unfortunately immediately referred to the nearest ER..the front desk staff was extremely friendly compassionate and kept me calm while I got necessary arrangements made I will be back after I get out of the hospital for follow-up care thank you Jefferson Dental

you could start by keeping your appointments. I have been rescheduled twice. once was a month ago because you said the lab did not have my crown made yet; okay, understandable. but you did it like two days before the appointment. today you called and told me (again about three days before the appointment) that it had to be rescheduled simply because the dentist would not be in the office. no explanations other than that. your customer service is pretty bad
Friendly, great customer service skills. Their dentists are very professional and knowledgeable about what they do. love this place.... I reccomend this place.
Beautiful sympathetic and caring staff. I've used other JD clinics, but the staff is nothing compared to this one. Also very patient with their patients. Thank you guys.
