The people that work in the front are so unprofessional and rude!!! If you need to talk to a manager they always say the same thing “she’s not here/she’s busy” they tell you the manager will give you a call back and you will never hear from them. Also apparently a mother can not know what was done to her child??? We took my younger brother for his braces and my mom asked a simple question if everything was done and they got so defensive and got told that he’s old enough to know what was going on. This place is the best, I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted my appointment was at 10 and only waited maybe 5 mins, I was very nervous and apprehensive and they made me feel comfortable,they treated me with respect and everyone was very friendly would 💯% recommend and will definitely be going back for other treatments

Wouldn’t treat my niece because she is 5 and was terrified. Don’t take your children to this place. Good thing is they’re not the only dentist in Houston area.
