what happened to the all of the help getting financing for your dental needs? By far the worst experience ever! I got up abc walked out after they told me it was going to $2100 for a deep cleaning and antibiotics!!!!
The personnel have always been really nice, no issues there. The huge problem is the wait time. I have walked out before after waiting almost 3 hours to see a dentist. I have witnessed other people leaving because of the horrible wait time. I would not use Jefferson Dental if I didn’t have to, unfortunately my insurance only covers Jefferson Dental. You need to hire more dentists so maybe the wait time wouldn’t be so bad. If not then stop over booking so maybe the wait time w… See more
This was my first visit ever to this Dentals office. The customer service wasn’t what I expected. They actually attempted to give me my care plan in the waiting area! I had to mention HIPAA to get them to allow me to go into the exam room with my child. I sure hope they don’t treat every new patient this way, that’s disappointing. I hope this allows them some patient insight in order to improve the quality of service.

After walking up this morning my husband face and lips were swollen and in terrible pain. Made an appointment he seen the Dr he was told it would be around 450.00 to make a small incision to drain the infection.. that's crazy pricing.. did not even give him any antibiotics which is what he needed!!! Highway Robbery is what that is!!!!
