Overall staff was amazing to me, patient with my difficult schedule, eased me through not being used to going to the dentist, very explanatory on the process and at no point rough with the procedure or rude. They are so great
I was very displeased with Jefferson Dental. We took our son for a routine cleaning, and waited over an hour for him to even be called back. They did X-rays and it was another hour of him just sitting in the back. Finally after over two hours, my husband and I just said “we’re leaving, give us our son”. They hadn’t even begun to clean his teeth yet! I like friendly people that works there, the doctors and the nurses plus the rest of the people. they explained everything step by step and answers you any doubt you have.
I was so impressed.. my grandson and I are both having work done, The front desk and assistant’s are professional and very friendly. Dr Marcos was very friendly and explained everything in detail ... I would strongly refer to them ...
