I don’t know if the woman is a assistant or not but she was highly unprofessional the whole time. And not only unprofessional but chose to embarrass me in front of my child over a false claim she made. While I understand he moved a lot her openly sighing, shaking her head, and talking in an aggressive tone made this trip highly undesirable.

Very professional. Hardly any wait time to be seen. Cost is reasonable and they'll work with you on payments.
Uncaring office help. I was hijacked for $1,300 to pull a tooth last year and decided to get insurance this year so i could at least get a free cleaning. I waited for 30 minutes before I was told that they couldn't check the insurance and that I would need to pay for services. I think this could have been done before I wasted my time to come in.
they need to be educated on financing and how to do it peoperly before offering it. this company screwed me by going through two separate finance companies at the same time and double charged me. called on monday and told the issue would be corrected, it is Thursday now and no one has reached out to me despite the fact and I call to figure out what's going on consistently. the second finance company has already pulled money out of my acct, who is going to reimburse me??
Everyone on the financial dept should be trained correctly to know how to read what has been paid and what dental work has been planned and billed to the insurance. Nacogdoches rd office is horrible causing patients to cancel appts once they are there after taking time off work just to not be serviced because nobody is on the same page and different employees wanting to charge you differently each time you go. The whole experience has not been positive/professional at all!
be on time with appt, be nice to patients, call when an appt needs to be rescheduled.
