The ladies on the 4th floor are very helpful and genuine. Have your stuff together and wait til they get done with the person already in there then go in, they run a strict program but they're sweet lol
Great service
This bank apparently survives off fees from their customers. The fees are ridiculous and unlike any other credit union. The customer service is also very poor regardless of your relationship with the bank. If you can bank elsewhere, I strongly encourage that you do. There are no significant benefits in banking here.
