Lady that looks like Whoopi Goldberg working at the tax assessment office is rude as hell, she was mocking us after they made a mistake a year ago, but it’s our fault that Whoopi can’t get a better gig
They only take exact change, and they charge a $2.50 "fee" if you use a card.
