My home sweet home with my partners. It is everything and ore I've dreamed of after years of living in tiny apartments in large complexes with no trees or nature. It may be "Just a town home" but to me it's just like a house. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful and while the interior was not cleaned before move in, it was only minor inconvenience that I was more than happy to take care of. You’ll do better finding somewhere that communicates well, and hires competent people. The problems in this place starts at the top. Leadership, Emily & Karen, never take accountability, and are quick to find excuses to the many issues here. Maintenance is pretty much non existent - the current one (there’s been 5 new ones in the past 2 years) does what he wants. And he is terrible at repairing anything.
