Chris, the manager, is absolutely the best! I had a pretty large body shop repair and Chris kept me in the loop on it's progress and it was fixed perfectly.Chris has the biggest heart and went way over and above to take care of my vehicle! I wish there were more people in the world like him. Could not have been happier and I'd recommend Jefferson Chevy Body shop in a heartbeat.
On March 28, 2023, my steering wheel column and ignition switch were stolen. I took it to Jefferson Chevrolet for repairs. It’s been almost 8 weeks and they still have the car. I called for status and they say we have to order parts.I call a week later, parts are in and will start work next week. When I check back, you ordered incorrect parts and have to reorder.
