Think twice before you move into the renovated townhomes I moved here September 2015, and since I move I had some maintenance issues almost every month. Nothing is being fixed right, and most of the time, maintenance needs to come again to re-fix, what was supposed to be fixed the first time. Outstanding Jefferson Chase Apts Living here at Jefferson Chase Apts has been a positive experience for my family and I. We have been here since August 2014 as it was going through new management changes. The manager that we have on site now is Corbin and he ROCK, making sure that the community is well taken care of and the tenants are satisfied.
Jefferson chase The amenities are pretty good and the Maintenance staff are completely wonderful. That being said the often changing policies and increased cost of the place for not worthy upgrades can be tiring for its location.
Mostly nice The apartment itself has good space and will be very nice when renovations are completed. Currently, there is work being done to improve common areas which I am excited about. Parking is...okay and the people who live here are mostly quiet but there are teens who seem to always be loud and restless.
Good exprience I like my stay at my current appartment. Good safety, extraordinary customer service and ontime reply on service requests.
