I've been with Jefferson center for over 15 years. With a short absence about 10 years ago when I went to Ohio. Jefferson center is one of the best mental health centers in the United States. The programs that they have along with the support and love from all of the providers and staff is absolutely amazing. My psychologist Dr Laura Smith has been a godsend for me. She is the most amazing doctor and person that I have ever met.
My son’s therapist is awesome. The people at the front desk are awesome. 5 stars for all of them. Billing & insurance are getting on my nerves. They fall in and out of network with our insurance. I spoke to billing and I’m told I overpaid. Then I’m told I had a credit. I come in again, and I’m told I still have some credit leftover from overpaying. I come in again and now I have a balance??? I thought I had a credit leftover???? Please get it together.
My therapist is amazing she's the only reason I keep going here.. my med prescriber on the other hand is a joke. He decided to erase a huge part of my diagnosis which left me being untreated for a little over a year.. he replaced it with nicotine user... wtf!.
