I lived here about three years. It's a solid college apartment. It's a pretty good location (except for the one or two days a year that the nearby frat blasts music until 2am), the internet is solid, and the maintenance is pretty good too. I had some mold problems, but I think that is sort of par for the course in FL. If you want some really fancy/modern place, you can probably find somewhere else. But, if you just want a nice, serviceable apartment, this one is pretty good.
You get what you pay for. It's not nearly as bad as some of these reviews say, and management does a really good job tending to any issues you may have. Addressing some concerns I see on here and other things I've noticed: Mold/Mildew: With it being Florida and the AC being an external box outside each room, mildew is pretty inevitable, but when I had issues I made a report and it was cleaned up/handled really quickly! The people at the office are nice and helpful, and my floors and furniture are nice and new. Decent prices for the location!
