5 months ago when I was there you refused to help me with my two puppies because they had cropped ears. Which is your right. No argument! You where rude about it but fine. I placed a review about it on yelp my sister that takes her two dogs there that was with me. I explained to her its probably more the fact that there ears was cropped over anything else. A few years back I had to put down a cat here and their service was excellent, they were companionate, caring and very patient, I was most happy with there service about 2 weeks later. I'd received a letter from them which I first thought was a bill but when I opened the envelope I balled. They had taken my pet and made pawprints for me to keep as a gift and I was incredibly happy and I never did get to thank them for such an amazing gift. I was 14-15 at the time. I still have those paw prints lol they're in a frame now
I want to thank you all so much, especially Dr. White, for helping my family with one of our hardest times. Through surgery, the after care and then finally having to let our sweet boy go, you were so kind and patient. It’s clear you truly love animals and that means everything. They are friendly, professional and compassionate with all pets that are brought into their care. I have used them for all of our pets for over 40 years with the original vets. I have always been happy with the care our pets have been given. All of their staff are awesome!

Outstanding care -- my dog, Bella, hops up on a chair in the waiting room, if one's available, and sits and waits for her appointment like any patient in a doctor's office.
