Very loving and caring staff, not only to your pet but also to their owners..They go above and beyond to make sure your fur baby is well taken care of, and to make sure you are informed.
The staff at the clinic go above and beyond assisting both pets and their caregivers. They made time during their busy day to squeeze me in to put my pet down. They were so considerate to my pet Hobo and myself. I would recommend anyone who has a pet to take them to Jefferson Animal Clinic. They truly are compassionate staff.
Dr Boghean and his wife are such caring, wonderful people. They met me at 9:30 pm for an emergency visit as I was travelling across country with my dog when she needed care. My emergency vet clinic at home recommended she be seen immediately. Despite a long day and 2 after hours farm visits, they met me at their clinic to care for my dog. She is a very shy, timid rescue and I was amazed at how calm she was with both of them. My puppy got spaded and they were great with her. They called told me how she was , when I went to pick her up they took care of everything explaining her meds and the discharge papers before bringing her out.
They are a very caring team and if in a bind Dr.Boghean goes above and beyond the call of duty.He was nice enough to come to our house to make KodyJoe or baby have his last blessed minutes at home instead of at a clinic
I have never met such loving, caring people in my life... we lost our sweet boy, Petey, just 2 days ago... Katie was so sweet and attentive to him as well as Dr Boghean... I wish we had a better outcome but I wouldn't trust anyone else with my fur babies... the compassion they have for the animals melts my heart... Thank you so much for doing what you could for my baby... Though my heart is heavy, I am happy that he was so well taken care of...
This wonderful staff treated Harley after he had been attacked by another dog. They are so compassionate, and their love for animals is evident. I was a wreck, and they calmed me down as well.
