I first called Jeff about a house I saw for sale 5 years ago. I knew I wasn't in the market to buy yet and told him as much, and I was met with understanding. He offered to send me emails from time to time to check in with me and followed through with that. Once every 6 months or so he'd check in, and this past February, when we were ready to start the process, I called him and let him know.
