I have 3 stars cause buying the car was amazing great service I love the car. Get service is great. But communication to get a part or a claim is horrible. I ordered a a paint touch up pen for my car so I don't make a claim on my paint protection just for one little thing it was ordered I've been calling for 2weeks now to see if it arrived. No answer no call back the lady in service sent them an email still no reply or call back I guess I need to re-order it from a different location cause I'm getting nowhere here.
