Excellent service Quick Great feedback
Not a great experience. I arrived at my appointment for warranty issues only to be told it could be 72 hours before they even look at it. Why make an appointment if it’s going to sit on a lot for 72 hours. How about schedule your service calls better. Once I got the vehicle back a week later 2 out of 3 were problems fixed. Third one still exists. The air suspension is still throwing an error code when I try to raise it all the way up. Needed a diagnostic due to engine light. Was given an option to purchase and overpriced battery, the issue. Also paid for a couple other small things that all together was $700. Just way overpriced. I had to go get my own battery and have it installed elsewhere
I’ve only visited this location a handful of times. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
