I made the mistake of giving them a little too much info and, BAM, before I knew it, they helped their self to my escrow and put ins on my home, they didn't even bother to ask me how much coverage I wanted, THEN, the nightmare began, they wanted me to replace a perfectly good working hot water heater, I spent hundreds on new front entry steps because they didn't look good enough for them and they hounded me every day about it as if I could wave a magic wand to have someone do the work, NOW, they wanted pictures of everything... read more
