If you are going to cut someone off and almost run over them, you really shouldn’t do it in a giant white Ford truck with the name of your business emblazoned on the side. I hope this place is better at repairing cars than they are driving. His behavior looks really bad for this business. He knew he cut us off and would not even make eye contact. I would never use this place based on this experience.
Bucky was awesome and squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon. I originally had scheduled at Precision Collision Center and they quoted me over $1000 to fix my car. Then I called with the part and they said they had no tech available to do the job. I called Jeff Smith Collision and Bucky took me same day and fixed the part for 75.00. Highly recommended!! I will go back for them if I have any issues.
They could not snap on center trim on a F150 bumper. Went to body man in Centerville took 20 minutes and $25.00
Great experience. Technicians are very thorough and even when calling back to ask a few questions, they were able to help me out.
The work at Jeff Smith Collision is so bad now I wouldn’t advise anyone to take there vehicle there for body work.. You got guys in the body shop that don’t care how they leave a vehicle once they do the repairs. leave bad scratches and put touch paint over it of they’re doing instead of fixing it right.. This my third time I had to leave my vehicle.I want be going to them know more for body repairs..
