This is the 3rd home I have worked with Jeff on, with 11 and 17 year gaps between the previous two. We went with Jeff again partially because we had good luck with the previous 2 homes, but mainly because Jeff obviously knows the business and brings great experience. And he is great to work with. The 2021 selling climate was very unlike the previous two, but Jeff's guidance steered us to a very favorable situation with >10 offers, and he helped us through the decisions to benefit us the best.
