This is the 3rd home I have worked with Jeff on, with 11 and 17 year gaps between the previous two. I did not know Jeff prior to buying my first home-I walked into a small bungalow in NW Denver in 1992 where Jeff was hosting the Open House, I didn't know what I was doing but I ended up buying that house, which was a great home through single life-wife-and infant kids.
