Dr. Sinacola and her staff are very compassionate and friendly. Being a patient that has severe PTSD when it comes to ANY dental procedure due to an injury when I was 12, she really understood my anxiety I was having and we came up with a plan. She was so kind through the entire surgery as were her assistants. Dr. Sinacola and her team are amazing — from the front desk to the assistants and, of course, Dr. Sinacola herself. At every visit, I was greeted with smiling faces, clear expertise, and real understanding. I especially appreciated their transparency around costs and their consistent, thoughtful communication about appointments, next steps, and payments. First time here and, even though it was a 45-minute drive for me, it was worth it. Everyone here is friendly and professional. Dr. Sinacola is fantastic and very personable. She uses cutting edge technology in her practice and I have complete confidence in her abilities.
I am only 18 but they made sure I was comfortable, not in pain, and definitely not nervous. Would definitely keep going here for anything I need in the future.
