I have had nothing but positive experiences at Pohlman's on High Street. Everyone has been so nice and I believe I have been treated fairly. I've been informed up front of what work needs to be done and given the opportunity to dcide how to proceed. I'm a customer for life!
These guys are great! Always polite and very helpful. Great customer service and they do wonderful work.
Mike Campbell, may I suggest a complaint to the BBB as he is an accredited member. With only 11 reviews and 2 of them not very flattering I assume there may be other unhappy "customers" that have not taken the time to formally note issues they have had at Pohlman Tire. He has yet to compensate me for certificates that I have for $300. My complaint can be found on the BBB site.
I use to work for Tire Discounters. I left about 1 year ago. I needed new tires for my wife's car and wanted to try and give the business to a local company in Hamilton. I sent an email to Ryan on High St. Very much to my surprise they had a Great Deal! Sorry Tire Discounters you are not the cheapest or the best. Thanks Ryan for the Great Price! I would and will recommend friends to Jeff Pohlman Tire. Oh and by the way the Service was also great.
I recently took my Honda Civic in for a tuneup and I received extraordinary service. Everyone at Jeff Pohlman Tire was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I'm the first one to admit that I know nothing about cars but the service manager told me exactly what I needed done and what I could get by without at the time. I definitely will be taking my car back their and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get some auto work done.
