Horrible customer service . MIKE is a liar . So sad the business has gone down hill.
Was passing through on the way home when I got a flat. They had me back on the road within a few hours (despite the fact that the lot was full when I dropped my car off), and the price to patch was amazingly cheap. Friendly folks behind the counter, and very convenient to downtown.
My experience with Jeff Pohlman’s Was very positive. They were honest as to the issue with my car, which save me a bit of money, they were very nice and polite and they even drove me a couple of blocks to work so I would not have to go in the rain
