We drove over an hour to check a used Sante Fe Sport for our daughter. The staff was extremely friendly and we had a great experience with Owen and Trey. Owen was great in letting us take the car for a longer drive to ensure we were comfortable in it and that it was the right car for our teenager. The car did need some TLC and Trey understood our concerns and discounted the vehicle to our preferred price and we signed on the dotted lines. I would highly recommend this dealer and it was definitely worth the long drive!
My salesman was Jaime. He was very knowledgeable and worked hard to secure my deal. He promptly responded to all of my questions and found the solution to anything that got in the way of me leaving the dealership happy and I am loving my new Pacifica. FYI…. The service team is amazing too. I will be sure to go to Jeff Perry in Rochelle, Illinois for my next vehicle. I never had an experience this positive with any other dealership I worked with.
