We bought our 2026 Equinox at Jeff Perry in July at the Rochelle location and have been very happy with everyone there and with their service!
They solved my concerns
I bought 9 vehicles here over the years and this time i dont even know how i purchased the extended warranty but i call immediately to have it cancelled and i keep getting the run around. Its been 3 weeks and ZERO phone calls returned by Zach the manager and they want to take another month before its refunded to me . Ever since they hired these new clowns its been lies and nonsense. It seems like Jeff Perry has gone down hill since they had a management change. I don’t appreciate the sales manager saying to people “is it because I’m black” I’ve over heard it at least 3 times said while I was sitting in the service and walking the building. You’re obviously not from this area and it doesn’t look good on you or the company if you’re going to be telling your customers that. What happened to this place?
I bought a 2026 Chevy Colorado the day after Christmas. I had been looking for Colorados for a few weeks and had been to other dealers in the Chicago suburbs as that is where I live. The last dealer I visited in there had one I liked and I was ready to buy but the dealer kept withdrawing their discounts saying they were tied to the promotional financing from GM.
