Took vehicle in for one door lock not working and thermostat needed replaced. Not only did they charge me diagnostic for both items while in the notes it says I told them the parts it needed, but they worked on it for 3 days waiting on parts...and then I pick up truck and the inside door panel liner is laying in my back seat. I removed door panel to verify they didn't replace with new one and they did not. Signed a fraudulent finance agreement and couldn't drive until completely redone and fixed via email. Once I looked at the print out copy I was shocked the number was well over $4,500 more than agreed and the financing terms were completely wrong, not what I pointing and selected while doing the contract. They tried lying and also tried to get me to drive back to the dealership, which is illegal. I didn't even get an apology. They said, "mistakes happen".
