HE DIDNT WEAR GLOVES OR A MASK WHILE WORKING ON MY DAUGHTER & SHE TOLD ME HE WAS SPITTING ALL OVER HER (W/HER MOUTH OPEN) ON THE PATIENT CHAIR. & HIS ASSISTANT PUT TOO MUCH CEMENT ON MY CAP & MY MOUTH WOULDNT CLOSE PROPERLY, SO I HAD TO RESCHEDULE AN APPT. & HE NEARLY PULLED MY TOOTH OUT TRYING TO REMOVE THE CAP.
