Wow! Jeff is a really good south side realtor to have on your side. I have had very positive experiences with him on several occasions.But the last one was this year, when the market got crazy. I gave him one month in a challenging market as I was going to rent to own. That was the second time he came through for me in a Buyer's market. This is my first time buying a house with Jeff and the team but he sold our last house in 2021. We have used Jeff for many years throughout my family buying and selling. He knows this area very well and knows what’s a good buy and what isn’t. Everyone on the team is very kind and honest. I trust Grant with his down to earth personality. No bs just tell it like it is. Avoid working with this guy. He left the pad lock with the code and did not scramble the numbers. Anyone could have gone inside the house we wanted to sell and ransacked the place. All he could say "I am sorry I almost got your place ransacked". And that was the least he did wrong. Now we can't buy the place that took us years to find because he would not release me from the buyer agreement. And I am the one who found the place and never worked with him before and will never after.
