Avoid working with this guy. He left the pad lock with the code and did not scramble the numbers. Anyone could have gone inside the house we wanted to sell and ransacked the place. All he could say "I am sorry I almost got your place ransacked". And that was the least he did wrong. Now we can't buy the place that took us years to find because he would not release me from the buyer agreement. And I am the one who found the place and never worked with him before and will never after.
