Just got a very nice Mitsubishi from EAW. It was a quick and easy process, during which I was able to stroll about the place and admire their selection of very high end new and classic automobiles. It looks like a very well run business, and the service was fast and friendly.
Awesome service, nice selection of preowned vehicles (especially Porsches) and professionalism in the way we were treated are just a few of the highlights. A must see showroom of eye candy vehicles to boot! Good people to deal with!
We purchased a used automobile from EAW one evening for full retail price. The next morning, we realized that warning lights on the dash (brake, airbag and engine) and a control switch (for the Emergency Brake) were concealed with black electrical tape (strategically placed to hide these issues and warning lights!). We immediately contacted EAW and they admitted they were aware the "previous owner" had used black electrical tape to hide problems with the vehicle. Rude, came by on weekend and salesman walked right by me. Asked about a vehicle, and said I would have to go inside. He did not want to be bothered. It's a shame, I was ready to buy and they have nice cars.
