I previously gave EAW a very poor review based on my experience. After writing that review and having the owner Drew respond, my opinion has changed. Drew took time out of his busy schedule to meet with us regarding a problem and listened to what we had to say. I feel he heard us and understood our position, at the end of it all, he did the RIGHT thing! Which makes him a GREAT businessman! EAW is the first dealership I have ever dealt with where I walked out with a big smile on my face. Randy was awesome! I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. They were very up front and gave a more than fair price on my trade in.
