The Jeff Morgan Team is the best! They treat my clients like their family. They really promote me as the best Realtor and part of their team. They always close the loan on time. They beat all the other competitors when my client is trying to choose who to use for their big purchase.
They were friendly and nice. Towards the end when we wanted to lock our rate, we were not getting any response from them and were having trouble getting a hold of anyone to help us, which was super frustrating. But when all was said and done, it worked out.
Jeff and his team are great to work with. They are efficient and knowledgeable! We enjoyed working with them!
The Morgan Team was awesome to work with. They made the process easy and were very good about getting back to me when I had questions.
We are first time homebuyers and felt that the Morgan team had the information needed to get us the best deal but the communication (which we feel is very important) was sub-par. We would send emails, call, and leave messages but did not get responses until we resent the emails. The unresponsiveness left us feeling anxious as first time buyers.
My wife and I just purchased our first home. We ended up working with Academy Mortgage. We initially were pre approved through another lender when we were looking to buy a home. When we found out that we could build for about the same price point that we were looking to buy, we thought that was a perfect option for us.
