Jeff is awesome! He is super personable yet professional. He made sure we understood our loan and he and his team communicated with us through the whole process. We would definitely go to Jeff again and would gladly send family and friends his way.
From the very start our interaction was very smooth. They stayed on top of things to keep the process on time and even ahead of schedule. The email communication was great as well as other communication. They kept us informed of what needed to be done or what had been done along the way. We didn't feel like they just wanted our business, but actually cared about getting things done right. We were very happy with working with them and would do it again.
We loved working with Jeff and his team. They knew exactly what they were doing and laid out the different options we had. If we had any questions they were always fast to respond and let us know exactly what they needed from us.

There knowledge was great through the mortgage process. But there were several times they didn't communicate with us or there co workers who we just spoke with. We specifically told them contact my wife as I was busy with work and unable to talk. They would keep reaching out to me and would delay the process instead doing what was asked. We told them we would go through the process over the phone and they called twice say we missed our in person appointment which we declined.
