I had a bumpy experience with Jeff during the mortgage process, but he put in the extra work to make it right after. I came in not knowing Washington state mortgage rules and he advised that my loan required an escrow account when a careful read of the documents showed it didn’t. I discovered that too late in the closing process for Jeff to fix it, but he has gone above and beyond to help me resolve it with the subsequent lender. I had a great experience with Jeff and his team. Jeff helped me secure the best loan that worked for my case. Jeff took care of the complicated stuff for me. It took a bit longer for my loan to close due to a complicated issue but it was a very smooth process. And oh! I love the weekly updates. I highly recommend this company.
