Avoid this bank and loan officer at all costs. Jeff is COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT as a loan officer. Terrible and non-existant communication. Does not return calls. Not proactive. I have been witnessing a nightmare of a home buying experience with this guy involved. DO NOT waste your time with this guy. He's a joke.
