I advise anyone who has a homeowner's insurance policy with Jeff Kolp, you make sure you are paying the correct deductible. In most cases when you have a multiply policy such as homeowner's and auto insurance and you haven't had any claims your homeowner's insurance deductible should decrease from 1% of your replacement cost to an 1/2% of your home's replacement value per Jeff.
