Clear description of my problems and how and why they're implementing their attack, and in my case an attack was necessary. Considering my more extreme dentite state they kept a more positive attitude which helped. The unfortunate money handler up front could be a little less harsh when expecting payment on a procedure I did not know would be done until in the chair, and my insurance covered 100% of nearly everything except one part and she was trying to force me to pay the relatively minor balance. I just had back surgery with a bad infection is was so nice to have you go the extra mile to ensure if any precautions were needed prior to my dental appointment. I had the best consultaci�n, Dr Patel's only concern was the well being of my husband health . Kim was aware of our financial obligation and try to find the way to help us. IT was a wonderful experience. GREAT job!!!!
