We worked with Jeff spring and summer of 2025 to buy a house close to Old Dominion University. The whole process was fantastic from start to finish. Jeff sold my family home my ex and I built in 2005. Prior to, he helped me secure the perfect downsize (condo) before listing my home. I was the first to tour the condo I knew I wanted, and won the property. Interestingly, there was a higher bid, but thanks to Jeff’s guidance, we still secured the property.
