We worked with Jeff spring and summer of 2025 to buy a house close to Old Dominion University. The whole process was fantastic from start to finish. Jeff went above and beyond to make the process smooth for us, especially as we were buying from the west coast. He really did operate as our hands and feet throughout. Jeff sold my family home my ex and I built in 2005. Prior to, he helped me secure the perfect downsize (condo) before listing my home. I was the first to tour the condo I knew I wanted, and won the property. Interestingly, there was a higher bid, but thanks to Jeff’s guidance, we still secured the property. Stop your search for a realtor and call Jeff. He is the go to realtor for Virginia Beach and surrounding cities/counties.
